令和8年1月28日に徳島県立城東高校インドネシア交換留学生2名が久武館道場を訪れ、徳島に安土桃山時代に伝承された柳生新陰流である阿州柳生神影流兵法剣術を体験されました。
前々より体験を楽しみにしており、多忙なスケジュールを調整して来館となりました。
日本の刀の使い方に非常に興味があり、充実した時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
私共も、外国人の視点から日本の剣術がどのように映り、感じられているのかよく勉強になりました。
最後は、楽しく撮影会も行い楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
On January 28, 2026, two exchange students from Indonesia attending Tokushima Prefectural Joto High School visited the Kyubukan Dojo to experience Ashū Yagyū Shinkage-ryū Heihō Kenshū, a style of Yagyū Shinkage-ryū swordsmanship passed down in Tokushima since the Azuchi-Momoyama period.
They had been looking forward to this experience for some time and adjusted their busy schedules to make the visit.
They showed great interest in the Japanese sword techniques and had a very fulfilling time.
We also gained valuable insight into how Japanese swordsmanship is perceived and felt from a foreign perspective.
Finally, we enjoyed a fun photo session, making for a thoroughly enjoyable time.
