令和8年4月19日に石川県小松市にある日本で唯一難関突破の神社として有名な安宅住吉神社で古武道演武大会を開催いたしました。
徳島に安土桃山時代に伝えられた阿州柳生神影流兵法剣術や伝承舞などが披露されました。
安宅住吉神社は敷地内に勧進帳で有名な安宅の関もあり多くの方が参拝されています。
当日は晴天で非常に多くの参拝者が訪れておりました。徳島県古武道協会は、徳島に伝承された古武道の保存振興だけではなく、各神社での古武道演武大会の開催や他流派との交流も目的とされています。

On April 19, 2026, we held a traditional martial arts demonstration at Ataka Sumiyoshi Shrine in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, which is famous as Japan’s only shrine known for overcoming great difficulties.
Demonstrations were given of the Azu Yagyu Shinkage-ryu swordsmanship—brought to Tokushima during the Azuchi-Momoyama period—as well as traditional dances.
Ataka Sumiyoshi Shrine is home to the Ataka Checkpoint, famous from the play *Kanjincho*, and attracts many visitors.
The weather was sunny on the day of the event, and a large number of visitors came to the shrine.
The Tokushima Prefecture Traditional Martial Arts Association aims not only to preserve and promote the traditional martial arts passed down in Tokushima but also to hold martial arts demonstration tournaments at various shrines and to foster exchanges with other schools.
